Project Management

The translation of every document involves a series of essential steps. From selecting a qualified translator to implementing reviewers' changes and typesetting the final translation, even a seemingly small project takes skill and coordination. That's why we assign every project to an experienced project manager who oversees and coordinates every step of the translation process.

As soon as a document is submitted to us for translation, it is assigned to a dedicated project manager who will conduct a thorough analysis of the document. The manager will review the document for content, length, and level of complexity, as well as determine the objective of the translation and its intended audience.

This analysis is a key step in helping the project manager to select the right blend of linguists for each translation. We work with a pool of hundreds of talented linguists from all corners of the globe, each of them experts in his or her respective fields of specialization. Based on the initial evaluation, the manager will select the most appropriately qualified linguists for the project.
